Microchip Technology PIC16F131xx Microcontrollers
Microchip Technology PIC16F131xx Microcontrollers feature a Configurable Logic Block (CLB) peripheral consisting of 32x logic elements, allowing for custom hardware logic integration. Each logic element offers extensive customization through a Look Up Table (LUT) based design, enhancing response time and reducing power consumption. Available in 8-, 14-, and 20-pin packages, the Microchip Technology PIC16F131xx offers up to 14KB of program Flash memory and up to 1KB of RAM. Additionally, the device includes a 10-bit Analog Digital Converter with Computation (ADCC) capable of up to 100kbps, an 8-bit Digital to Analog Converter, two fast Comparators (50ns response time), and other peripherals for timing control and serial communications with SMBus compatibility. With its compact size and core-independent peripherals, the PIC16F131xx family is suitable for real-time control, digital sensor nodes, and various industrial and automotive applications.
